A free workshop exploring menopause, wellbeing and midlife health, with guest speakers Catherine O'Keeffe (The Wellness Warrior) and Linda Murray (Beoga Nutrition). Covers understanding menopause, self-care and wellbeing, managing stress and energy, connection with other women, nutrition, supplements, movement, and sleep. Refreshments and light lunch provided.
